Few things will amp up your cooking quite like having fresh herbs on hand. Used fresh and at their seasonal best or dried and saved for winter use nothing compares to the flavour profile herbs can bring. 

Whether transplanted into a garden or grown in patio pots or your herbs will flourish and provide for your tastebuds all season long - some will even overwinter indoors for use when the cold and snow arrive. Remember - the more you cut them the more they will branch out and grow!
